Floor Grinder Additional Weights

Our floor grinder weights are designed to add extra downward pressure when grinding, polishing or preparing stone and concrete floors with professional rotary machines.

Adding weight to the machine increases the pressure between the diamond tooling and the floor, which can help improve cutting action and give the tools more consistent contact with the surface. This can be particularly useful during heavier grinding or restoration work where the standard machine weight isn't providing quite enough pressure.

We stock additional weights for compatible Klindex, Levighetor, Beton and Hyper Grinder floor machines, with 5kg and 6.5kg options available. Each weight is sold individually, allowing you to adjust the machine setup to suit the work you're carrying out.

Extra weight can be useful for concrete and stone grinding, surface preparation and different stages of floor restoration. The amount of additional weight needed will depend on the machine, tooling and surface, so more isn't necessarily better – the aim is to achieve the right balance of pressure and machine control for the job.

For contractors regularly moving between grinding and polishing work, removable weights also give you the flexibility to change the machine setup rather than working with the same pressure for every stage of the process.
