Repolished Honing Powder is a safe, non-acidic honing powder designed for professional use on calcium-based stones. It is formulated to be easy to use and versatile, making it ideal for marble, limestone, travertine, and cement-based terrazzo surfaces.

This industrial-grade abrasive is suitable for both commercial and industrial applications, including walls, floors, worktops, and other textured or polished stone surfaces.

How to Use:

1. Test the grit on a small, discreet area first

2. Pre-wet the work surface with water

3. Apply the honing powder and mix to a yogurt-like consistency

4. Use a slow-speed rotary floor machine (154–300 RPM) fitted with a stiff to medium brush or black pad and water

5. Add water as needed to maintain slurry consistency

6. Remove slurry with a wet vacuum and rinse with clean water

7. Repeat with a finer grit to achieve desired finish

Polishing Recommendation: After honing, use Klindex KP85 or KP92 Polishing Powder with a white polishing pad for a mirror-gloss finish

Repolished Honing Powder Grit Guide:

• 60 Grit: Removes heavy scratches; follow with higher grits for matte or polished finish

• 100 Grit: Removes moderate scratches; ideal for marble, limestone, travertine, and concrete

• 220 Grit: Light scratch removal; suitable for concrete and some granites

• 300 Grit: Hones surfaces to remove light scratches

• 400 Grit: Removes light scratches; use with concrete, limestone, travertine, marble

• 500 Grit: Prepares surface for higher sheen finishes

• 800 Grit: Removes fine scratches; ideal for matte or polished finishes
